High quality products result from ace equipments and strict process technique. The semi-automation feeder system controlled by microcomputer of company makes the process of raw materials from mix stage to check stage controlled by computer, which guarantees the stability of product‘s quality.
The company brings in two environmental protection shuttle kilns from Germany which is the most advanced firing equipments. Both are controlled full-automatically by microcomputer. There are 150firing curves in the kiln, the temperature difference in the kiln is less than ±5℃, and the max temperature can reach 1750℃. So on one hand, the stable quality of the product can be guaranteed and the percent of pass can reach 99%; On the other hand, it is environmental protection, high efficiency and low consumption. It has a good prospect of application and extension in the refractory filed.
The large mils with the properties of advance operation, high speed and high precision can process 1500 ton finished products.
The domestic largest pre-assembly platform at present has a total area of 1800m2. and the whole platform, comprised of some connected steel plates with the thickness of 1.5 inches can meet the pre-assembly requirement of the bottom, hearth, tapping hole, tuyere and clinker of blast furnace.
