There are six main manufacturing workshops in the factory: mixing，forming，burning，milling，pre-assembly and packing workshop. The company mainly produces blast furnace body  refractory for blast furnace, among which is mostly refractory for the underlayer of blast furnace, including Plastic-Phase Bonded Composite Corundum series of bricks, Corundum Mullite series of bricks, Composite Brown Corundum series of bricks and other material of Ceramic Cup, and tuyere and tap hole bricks of various material. It also produces high pure andalusite brick Burned Alumina -Graphite brick, Low-creep-rate High Alumina bricks and all kinds of unshaped refractory. The output of company is 20000 tons yearly.

Our company possesses ace equipment, advanced testing devices and perfect quality control system. It takes us 20 million RMB to bring in two environmental protection shuttle kilns from Germany which is the most advanced in the world. Both are controlled full-automatically by computer .there are 150 firing curves in the kilns, the temperature difference in the kiln is less than ±5℃, and the max temperature can reach 1750℃. So on one hand, the stable quality of products can be guaranteed and the percent of pass can reach 995; on the other hand, it is environmental protection, free pollution, efficiency and low consumption.
